Terms of Use
How accounts, pilot access, information and introductions work on Texas Gateway Alliance (TGA).

1. About TGA and these terms
Texas Gateway Alliance (TGA) is a service for researching U.S. market-entry information, organizing business profiles and connecting businesses with service providers. These draft terms cover our website and member workspace. Contact admin@tgaalliance.com with questions about the operator or these terms.
A separate signed agreement may govern a particular engagement. A listing, application, account or introduction does not itself create a contract for banking, construction, legal or other partner services.
2. Accounts and organizational authority
Provide accurate information and use only accounts and organization access you are authorized to use. Keep credentials and sign-in links private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or organization.
Application review, account activation and workspace access are separate steps. Access depends on your assigned role, organizational authorization and any applicable access period. Applying does not guarantee approval or access to every feature.
3. Free pilot and credits
The current pilot offers access under the limits shown in your workspace. Pilot participation does not itself authorize a paid subscription or automatic payment. Any future paid offering needs separate pricing and payment terms before purchase.
Credits track access to eligible platform actions; they are not money, deposits, investments or a promise of a successful introduction. Check the displayed cost and balance before submitting an action. An introduction request does not guarantee a response, financing or a commercial result. Contact us about a disputed deduction; adjustments follow the applicable platform rules and review.
4. Public records and AI assistance
Public records and third-party materials may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. A record about an organization or project does not establish an open bid, current availability or eligibility. Check the original source and relevant authority before acting.
TGA AI can produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. It supports research and preparation, not legal, tax, financial, investment, engineering or lending decisions. Confirm material information with qualified professionals. Bank programs, if available, remain subject to the bank’s current criteria and individual review; TGA does not approve loans or promise terms.
5. Profiles and introductions
A listed or reviewed profile is not a guarantee of a provider’s performance or suitability. Providers make their own engagement and approval decisions. Confirm scope, qualifications, fees and contractual terms directly with the provider.
Public profile publication and contact sharing follow the permissions and choices presented in the relevant workflow. An introduction request may share the information described there; accepting a request can reveal the permitted contact details to the parties. Do not place confidential information in free-text messages unless you intend it to be shared in that workflow.
6. Information you submit
Submit only information you have authority to provide. You retain your rights in your materials and allow TGA to handle them as needed to provide the functions you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and any separate agreement. This does not give us unrestricted ownership of your materials.
Do not enter passwords, authentication codes, full payment or bank account numbers, government identifiers or unnecessary sensitive personal information into AI prompts or general messages. Use the bank’s or service provider’s approved secure channel for underwriting and similarly sensitive documents.
7. Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, attempt to access another organization’s private information, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, abuse messaging or misrepresent your identity. Do not use TGA content or personal information for unlawful activity or unsolicited bulk contact.
Respect third-party rights and applicable source restrictions. Source attribution does not transfer ownership of third-party material or authorize unrestricted redistribution.
8. Availability, changes and ending access
Pilot features, data coverage and limits may change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of documents and records you need.
We may restrict access to address security, misuse, loss of organizational authority or an expired access period. Contact us to ask about an access decision or to request account closure. Ending access is separate from deletion: some records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Responsibility and legal rights
You are responsible for your business decisions and for independently checking information that matters to them. TGA does not guarantee a permit, incentive, loan, introduction outcome or partner performance.
Nothing in these draft terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific fees, deliverables and responsibilities for a paid engagement should be addressed in its separate agreement.
10. Updates and contact
The date and draft version above identify this text. Material changes and any future acceptance process should be communicated before they apply; publication of this draft does not retroactively establish acceptance.
